Categories of data

• Identification and contact data you send through the form: company, first name, last name, email, mobile and the description of your request.
• Contact details and message content when you write by email, WhatsApp or phone.
• Technical browsing data generated by the hosting infrastructure (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type).

• Replying to requests for information, quotes or assistance: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Providing and coordinating the services you ask for: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Security and correct operation of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Legal, tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Providing your data

• Filling in the form is optional but necessary to receive an answer.
• Please do not include health data, judicial data or other special categories that are not needed. If the matter requires them, we will point you to a suitable channel.

Recipients

• Technical suppliers acting as processors: the website hosting provider and the contact management system (CRM) provider.
• Licensed professionals and bodies involved in the matter you ask us to follow, only as far as necessary.
• Authorities and public bodies where required by law.
• Data is never disclosed publicly or sold.

Transfers outside the EU

Retention
